Olivian Family Services provides independent, professional supervised family services focused on child safety and neutrality. Our services are delivered in accordance with court orders, parenting plans, or agreed arrangements, with clear boundaries and structured supervision. We work with parents, legal representatives, and courts to support safe, appropriate, and compliant family contact.

Supervised Visitation

  • The Goal: To allow children to maintain a safe and meaningful connection with their parents in a supportive environment.

Facilitated Handovers (Safe Transitions)

  • The Goal: To ensure children move between parents without being exposed to conflict.

    • Staggered arrival and departure times for parents.
    • A calm and neutral environment for the transition.
    • Strict adherence to safety protocols and court orders.

Professional Family Reports (for Court)

  • The Goal: To provide the Family Court with an unbiased, professional record of parent-child interactions.

    • Detailed observational reports of supervised sessions.
    • Neutral and objective documentation.
    • Timely delivery for legal deadlines and court proceedings.

Intake & Assessment

We meet with both parties individually to understand the family's needs and safety requirements.

Orientation

We introduce the children to the environment so they feel safe and comfortable before visits begin.

Ongoing Support

Scheduled visits or handovers take place with professional supervision and documentation.
