About Olivian Family Services

Olivian Family Services was established to provide supervised family services that are professional, respectful, and genuinely understanding of the challenges families face during separation and court proceedings.

All of our supervisors are trained in child supervision and family safety, and each holds a current Working With Children Check. Our supervisors operate within clear professional boundaries, prioritising child safety, neutrality, and compliance with court orders at all times.

Olivian Family Services was created from lived experience. The image you see shows the first supervised visit with my daughter Olivia after several weeks apart, marking the beginning of renewed contact during a challenging period. We understand first-hand how difficult this period can be for parents and children alike. In navigating supervised contact ourselves, we found that many services felt cold, procedural, and disconnected from the reality families were facing. We believed there was room for a service that maintained professionalism and neutrality, while also recognising the human impact of these arrangements.

Our focus is on making the process as clear and manageable as possible, reducing unnecessary stress, and supporting safe, meaningful contact with the most important people in your life — your children.
